General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The following conclusions can be inferred based on the semen analysis report of your husband you have furnished.
1. Semen volume is 4 ml, which is normal.
2. Sperm concentration is indicating no sperms at all with zero sperm count.
Hence, it is a case of 'azoospermia' in which there is complete lack of sperm in the ejaculate. The following could be the reasons for it:
(a) There is a problem with sperm production.
(b) There is a blockage in the tract and hence, the sperm production although normal, cannot reach the ejaculate.
Kindly consult Infertility specialist for evaluation of the cause and further management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
